Dr. Rosemary Baughman is the Executive Director and co-founder of Compassionate Hearts Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals access healing opportunities they might otherwise be unable to afford. Through community support and partnerships, the organization provides access to experiential programs, including equine-assisted services, that promote emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth.

With more than 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Rosemary is passionate about creating opportunities for people to heal, grow, and reconnect with hope through compassionate and innovative approaches to care.
